Exhibit at CATE 2010

Booth Types

Three booth types are available: Standard, Preferred, and Premium.

The exhibit hall is located in the Marquis room at the LAX Marriott hotel.

All booths are 8' deep x 10' wide. No tabletop exhibit space is available.

Booth Pricing

A $50 discount is given for early reservation (as indicated under Advance Price above), and an additional $50 discount is given to existing customers (see Existing Customer Discount below).

Advance Price deadline is December 11, 2009. To qualify for Advance Pricing you must make your booth reservation by December 11, 2009, and payment must be received by January 1, 2010. Payment must accompany booth reservation; booth assignments are not confirmed until payment is received.

Existing Customer Discount

Companies that exhibited, advertised, or sponsored during the 2008 or 2009 CATE Convention are eligible to purchase an exhibit booth at last year's (2009) published prices. This translates into $50 off the prices listed above. Indicate in the Online Application that you are an existing customer to receive this discount.

Exhibitor Reception

CATE will host a reception for exhibitors Friday, February 12, immediately following the close of exhibit hours. All exhibit staff and their families are invited. Free food and drink is provided. Each exhibiting company is automatically entered into a drawing to win one of many prizes that are awarded. Don’t miss this unique event that CATE holds to show their appreciation for their exhibitors.

Exhibitor Agreement

All exhibitors are required to agree to specific terms and conditions to exhibit at CATE 2010. You will be required to acknowledge the CATE 2010 Exhibitor Agreement as part of the application process.
